Santa pictures with your dog
It’s that time of the year again where our jolly old friend Santa comes out for pictures. Join the Friends of Murphysboro and bring out your pooch for this year’s Santa pictures with your dog day. Printed pictures will be $7 or you can get your image saved on a USB drive for $10 (bring your own USB drive and it will only cost you $7). This event is taking place Saturday, December 10, 2011 10am – 2pm at the Senior Citizens Community Center 17 North 14th St, Murphysboro. We hope to see you there!
Big Muddy Monster Brew Fest (Past)
The monster lurks in the muddy waters of the Big Muddy River and only shows his face once a year at the Big Muddy Monster Brew Fest. Come join us this year and see all the new activities we have in store for you. We are anticipated this year to be twice the size it was last year so come and hang with the monster and try some of the best beer Southern Illinois has to offer. The Big Muddy Brew Fest is held at Riverside Park in Murphysboro, IL.
The Friends of Murphysboro Dog Park
We are very pleased to announce that the Freinds of Murphysboro Dog Park at Riverside is now OPEN! After many months of hard work we now have opened our gates to the dogs and dog owners of Southern Illinois. Come out and allow your dog to socialize with other dogs while you also enjoy the social interaction with other dog owners.
