  4. Parking Arrangements (Looking for volunteers to direct parking)
  5. Furnish and Install Fencing around entire area (Looking for volunteers to install)
  6. Porta Potties (7) Regular (1) Handicapped  Best Price $485    $20 ea/cleaning
  7. Security / Alcohol in and out of fenced area (Looking for volunteers)

  • The wineries will be split up on each side of the shell.  Each winery will have a 20′ wide tent area.
  • A food vendor will be on each side of the shell.  They will have a 20′ wide tent area.  Each food vendor will provide a tent area for eating. 
  • The Spot listed as G will be the gate to get in the wine festival.
  • The porta potties will be located at 35 and 37.
  • Locations 2-33 will be arts and crafts tents.  Each location will be a minimum of 10′x12′.  Arts and Crafts tents will be required to pay a lump sum $65 fee for each location.  Tents will not be supplied by FOM
